No. You'll get in shape by training. Show up at whatever level you are at – we will meet you there.
A free trial class doesn't tell you much. You'll feel awkward, you won't know what's happening, and you'll leave wondering if you'd actually like training. The Athlon Trial gives you a full month – long enough to learn basics, find your rhythm, and decide if this is for you. We'd rather give you real time on the mats than a sample class.
Just yourself, water and a willingness to learn. We'll give your gi and belt at orientation.
Everyone is on day one. We've taught hundreds of beginners. You're not the first, and won't be the last.
Two to four times per week is the sweet spot. Train as often as your schedule allows.
Yes, one payment. No surprise fees. The gi, belt and unlimited training for 30 days. All included.
If you want to keep training, you'll choose a membership that fits your schedule and commitment level. No pressure. We'll talk through your options near the end of the trial.
